Fairclough Electric River Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar with Fishman classic 4T EQ. Designed in the UK by Steve Fairclough at his base in Warrington with the aim of being able to offer a suitable quality guitar for beginners and intermediate players that would meet his high standards. Fairclough guitars are then produced under strict quality control in the Far East featuring high build quality and the type of fittings only found on higher priced ranges. Fairclough guitars are one of the best pound for pound guitar ranges on the market and that value has just increased with the introduction of the Electric River. The River is a Dreadnought body probably the most used shape of steel string guitar. It is the general workhorse of the acoustic world offering a good compromise between the Bass end of the Jumbo and the Brightness of a Concert model. The bridge is Rosewood with intonated saddle and Piezo pick-up. The neck is high grade mahogany with 14th fret joint and 20 fret rosewood fingerboard with maple bindings and MOP dot inlays with polished nickel frets all topped of with a bone nut, Rosewood truss rod cover, Rosewood veneered headstock and gold tuners with Ebonite buttons. The Fishman Classic 4 on-board active EQ features adjustable bass, middle and treble. You also have an option to adjust the brilliance and volume making this a really versatile system. All the adjustable tones allow you to find the sound that you are looking for.
